Reid balcony has been upgraded with new study spaces for students
New furniture, wifi and outdoor powerpoints have been installed on the Reid balcony, to create a modern, fully connected outdoor study space. Lighting on the balcony has been upgraded to ensure that this space can be used at all times.
The Reid Library building is over 50 years old and continues to be a hub for students and visitors on the Crawley campus, receiving around 1.5 million visits per year. With stunning views of the Great Court and Tropical Gardens, and access from both Saw Promenade and Gillett Promenade, the Reid balcony is a space for meetings, collaboration and leisure for all UWA visitors.
